1. Choose foods that are alkaline in nature and avoid foods that will make you more acidic: Alkaline foods are like lemons, watermelons, pumpkins, cauliflower, tomatoes, broccoli, lettuce, cabbages. When your body pH levels are more alkaline, your cervical fluid will be less acidic which will enable the Y chromosome-containing sperm to survive. 2. Avoid cold fruits. Eat your fruits at room temperature.
